ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Experiences and Innovation organization. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap for agentic AI tooling, collaborating with AI research teams and customers to deliver robust, scalable experiences.

Strong emphasis on customer empathy and cross-functional leadership. The role requires deep experience in enterprise SaaS, evaluating AI solutions, and transforming requirements into a compelling product strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent in a technical role in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in evaluating LLMs and AI solutions.
• Experience working on developer tools and for technical end users.
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on customer needs.
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
• Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Drive solution development through big-picture solution development.
• Ability to inspire and align engineering teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Aufgaben

• Distill and transform customer ideas into a cohesive product vision and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end feature development by defining requirements, conducting user research, and managing development & testing by release.
• Clearly communicate priorities, plans, and customer outcomes to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with AI research teams to plan experiments and turn them into scalable features.
• Maintain perspective on the evolving AI landscape to guide product evolution around trustworthy Agentic AI systems.
