ServiceNow is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lux, its AI-native experience platform, to drive AI strategy for the next generation of enterprise AI-first experiences. You will partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Research and Customer Success to define strategy and roadmap for Lux while driving adoption across ServiceNow's product portfolio.

Qualificações
- 15+ years of product management experience, including shipping agentic AI products within the last 12–18 months.
- Hands-on technical depth, ability to work in codebases and prototype quickly.
- Experience using AI-native prototyping tools such as Figma Make.
- Strong grasp of modern AI systems and agent architectures.
- Translate fast-moving AI landscape into concrete product experiences.
