ServiceNow is seeking a Product Manager for Tool Studio to shape how enterprises build agentic AI experiences. You will design products for developers and ensure end-user experiences meet enterprise needs.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, translate feedback into roadmaps, and drive the platform from concept to launch with a customer-obsessed mindset. This hybrid role offers significant impact across ServiceNow's AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expert in deconstructing complex problems and using data-driven insights.
• Strong writer who can clearly describe new product concepts and plans.

• Familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations.
• Experience building enterprise products with 3rd party platform integrations.
• Proven track record of owning product goals and delivering results.

• Bridge technical with the enterprise and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development for Tool Studio from concept to launch with fast iteration.
• Create product specs to crisply identify problems, set goals, and define success metrics.
• Lead the design of core technologies, developer interfaces, and end-user experiences.
• Annotate other developer platforms to build internal alignment on best practices.
• Partner with ML and platform engineers to translate research into product recommendations.
• Shape the developer ecosystem: run hackathons and grow the digital community.
• Deconstruct complex problems with a data-informed roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Support cross-functional teams through goal setting, project definition, and milestones.
• Ensure designers understand problems and can test ideas rapidly.
• Support deployment teams to help customers realize product value quickly.
• Win CIOs and IT managers at Fortune 500 companies for rapid decisions.
