Job summary

Moveworks is building Tool Studio, the platform for developers to build AI agents and connect them to our AI Assistant. As a product manager, you'll shape how enterprises build agentic AI experiences, design developer-facing products, and ensure end-user experiences set a high bar for enterprise agents.

You'll work with customers using ToolSmith and our developer tools; translate feedback into product improvements, and partner with ML and platform engineers to stay ahead of research.

Qualifications

• Ability to deconstruct complex problems using data-driven approaches.
• Strong writing to convey product concepts clearly.
• Curious, fast learner with interest in AI and Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations.
• Experience building enterprise products with 3rd party integrations.
• Proven ownership of product goals and delivery.
• Ability to align technical and enterprise stakeholders.
• Collaborates with data science, engineering, UX, and customer success teams.
• Effective communicator with attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to be scrappy when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development for Tool Studio from concept to launch with iterative improvements.
• Create product specs to crisply identify problems, set goals, and define success metrics.
• Define core technologies, developer interfaces, and end-user experiences for our agent platform.
• Annotate other developer platforms to build internal alignment and conviction on what good looks like.
• Partner with ML and platform engineers to translate latest research into product recommendations.
• Shape our developer ecosystem through hackathons and community-building efforts.
• Deconstruct complex problems using data-influenced roadmap planning.
• Support cross-functional teams with goals, milestones, and project definitions.
• Ensure designers deeply understand problems and test ideas rapidly.
• Assist deployment teams in realizing product value quickly.
• Win trust of CIOs and IT managers at F500 companies for rapid decisions.
