Henderson Scott US is seeking a field-based Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial and tilt-wall construction in the Houston market. You will oversee safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination and quality across multiple buildings within a business-park setting.

Qualifications

• Tilt wall experience required.
• Ground up industrial construction background.
• Ability to manage multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day field operations on tilt wall and industrial projects.
• Manage 2-3 buildings totaling ~150K SF.
• Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, safety, inspections, and quality.
• Maintain project schedule and milestones to completion.
• Coordinate closely with ownership, project management, and design partners.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and delivery.
• Represent the company professionally with owners, brokers, and partners.
