Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven experience managing tilt-wall construction projects from ground up.
• Experience with warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, commercial, or large-scale shell construction.
• Strong knowledge of sitework, concrete, tilt-wall panels, structural steel, building envelope, and interior finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on tilt-wall and ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Manage site development, concrete operations, tilt-wall erection, structural systems, and building turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, site logistics, and material deliveries.
• Maintain and drive project schedules through detailed look-ahead planning.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
