Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to direct tilt-wall and ground-up commercial construction projects in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You will oversee all field operations from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a superintendent role, with proven tilt-wall ground-up experience across warehouse, industrial or large-scale shell builds, and strong leadership and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven tilt-wall ground-up construction experience.
• Experience with warehouse, industrial, or large-scale shell projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on tilt-wall and ground-up projects.
• Coordinate site development, concrete operations, tilt-wall erection, and building turnover.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, site logistics, and material deliveries.
• Maintain detailed look-ahead schedules and daily reports.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and ensure safety and quality.
