Henderson-Scott is seeking a Superintendent for tilt wall and industrial projects in Houston, TX. This field leadership role emphasizes safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control on ground-up developments.

You will oversee 2–3 buildings totaling approximately 150K SF, coordinating with ownership and design partners while maintaining high delivery standards. Tilt wall experience and GC background are required.

Qualifications

• Tilt wall construction experience on industrial facilities.
• Industrial/distribution center project experience preferred.
• Ground-up GC background is required.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent structures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on tilt wall and industrial projects.
• Manage 2–3 buildings totaling ~150K SF within a business park.
• Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, safety, inspections, and quality control.
• Maintain project schedule and drive milestones to completion.
• Coordinate closely with ownership, project management and design partners.
• Represent the company professionally with owners, brokers and partners.
