You will oversee safety, schedule, subcontractors, and quality across 2-3 buildings totaling ~150K SF, coordinating with ownership and design partners.

• Tilt wall experience is required.
• Industrial / distribution center experience strongly preferred.

Role: Superintendent (Field Based)

This Superintendent will oversee ground up industrial and tilt wall projects, often managing multiple buildings within a business park environment. You will be the primary field leader responsible for safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day to day field operations on tilt wall and industrial projects
• Manage multiple buildings within a business park (2-3 buildings totaling ~150K SF)
