Job summary

Core Group Resources seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale, ground-up commercial construction in the Houston area. You will own scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, quality, and overall field performance, with direct tilt-wall construction experience required.

• Proven superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to lead field operations on ground-up projects.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the PM.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and specs.
• Review drawings and project documentation; manage RFIs and punch lists.
• Lead coordination meetings and maintain field reports.
