Client Overview

A privately held industrial real estate developer and general contractor in Houston is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground up industrial and distribution projects across the Houston market. This group operates a fully integrated model development, construction, and long-term asset management all in house and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality tilt wall and industrial facilities for private, institutional, and corporate clients. This is a field first leadership role with long-term stability, local projects only, and direct access to decision makers.

Role: Superintendent (Field Based)

This Superintendent will oversee ground up industrial and tilt wall projects, often managing multiple buildings within a business park environment. You will be the primary field leader responsible for safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day to day field operations on tilt wall and industrial projects
• Manage multiple buildings within a business park (2-3 buildings totaling ~150K SF)
• Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, safety, inspections, and quality
• Maintain project schedule and drive milestones to completion
• Coordinate closely with ownership, project management, and design partners
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and delivery
• Represent the company professionally with owners, brokers, and partners
