You will lead trade studies, develop system architecture, and collaborate with program management to ensure performance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience; advanced degrees considered.
• Deep expertise in thermal fluid sciences and system modeling.
• Experience with requirements verification, validation, and traceability.
• Cadence of modeling, analysis, and test data correlation for performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist system engineering with developing the program’s architecture and approach.
• Lead modeling/analysis for thermal performance and test data correlation.
• Coordinate activities with engineering groups and program management.
• Ensure requirements traceability from high to low level specifications.
• Prepare documentation for prototype to production transition.
