Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 for the Launch Infrastructure - Launch Center test team in Roy, UT, supporting the Sentinel (GBSD) program. You will manage the test activities from prototype through qualification, guiding an IPT of engineers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience, or Master's Degree and 6 years, or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Knowledge of system integration and test principles.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team with cost/schedule ownership.
• Experience with development and qualification testing and test reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Launch Center test team as part of an IPT.
• Plan, execute and document testing for assigned systems.
• Review test requirements and develop test plans and reports.
• Coordinate instrumentation requirements and testing with suppliers.
• Provide test status to customer and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, suppliers, lab operations.
