Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC, seeks a hands-on Test Engineer to interface with Design Engineering for planning, design, and execution of validation testing in the Greenville Technology Lab. The role supports both test programs and ongoing testing responsibilities, with a 100% on-site requirement five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in validation testing, gas turbine design, or process facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate engineering requirements with multiple teams to design, develop, and test validation activities.
• Provide technical assistance to Assembly and Instrumentation personnel.
• Author documents defining actions per customer requirements.
• Oversee test build, execution, and post-test reporting/billing.
• Ensure ISO compliance and adherence to GE/EHS policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support LEAN process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers for testing programs.
