Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller staff on a daily basis.
• Monitor teller staff's daily performance for sales and customer service.
• Verify accuracy, quality and quantity of work of teller staff.
• Responsible for vault management.
• Respond to emails and reports promptly and appropriately.
• Train teller staff on products, policies and procedures.
• Assist branch management with annual employee reviews.
• Engage in sales, cross-selling and motivate others to do the same.
• Address customer questions via phone and email.
• Assist with other retail departmental duties as needed.
