Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, training, conducting cash audits, greeting customers, cross-selling banking products, handling routine and complex transactions, and resolving inquiries to deliver positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of external banking experience in a teller role within the last two years or three years of external banking experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a banking environment.
• Experience with teller servicing and/or operations responsibilities.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, procedures and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify customer opportunities.
• Manage teller schedules, overtime, and tasks.
• Train new Tellers on procedures and internal controls.
• Perform monthly cash audits and month-end procedures.
• Greet customers and foster a welcoming environment.
• Build relationships to propose appropriate financial products.
• Process routine and complex teller transactions.
• Respond to inquiries to achieve positive outcomes.
