Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years teller experience or at least 3 years banking experience.
• Supervisory/leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of teller operations and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to teller staff, promoting accuracy and customer service.
• Coach team on identifying customer needs and banking product opportunities.
• Create and manage teller schedules and assist with workload distribution.
• Train new employees on branch procedures, cash handling, and compliance.
• Perform cash audits, balancing reviews, and internal controls checks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with transactions and resolving escalated concerns.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify solutions meeting financial needs.
• Support tellers with complex transactions and operational questions.
• Ensure compliance with branch policies and banking regulations.
• Assist branch leadership with maintaining smooth daily operations.
