Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate on alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities and refer to branch staff.
• Lead lobby engagement and promote PNC products through conversations.
• Help with performance management and new hire selection.
