Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve financial wellbeing.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Position PNC products through lobby engagement and educate customers on digital options.
• Supports branch manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
