Addition Financial Credit Union is hiring a Head Teller in Florida to supervise teller staff, balance cash, and ensure policy compliance. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, promoting financial products, and maintaining accurate records in our data processing system.

You will work across teller and platform services, drive member growth, and assist branch operations as needed. A minimum of 1+ years in sales or member service with cash handling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a sales or member service role, with cash handling.
• Service-oriented mindset and commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Willingness to learn, improve and teach others.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and assist members across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with members to understand financial needs and promote products.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with personalized service.
• Identify opportunities to expand membership base.
• Drive deposit growth through relationship building.
• Prevent fraud and minimize losses; balance tellers, cash recycler, vault auditing.
• Balance teller line and platform services based on demand.
• Proactively reach out to members and assist with branch tasks including opening/closing.
• Handle personal and business account transactions; resolve member issues and say yes when possible.
