Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Mentor tellers and refer appropriate banking opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and educate on using technology for transactions.
• Support Branch Manager with performance management and hiring decisions.
• Ensure daily operations and transactions are completed accurately and in line with policies.
