Qualifications

• 4+ years banking, cashiering, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client service associates to ensure efficient branch teller operations.
• Coach staff to improve customer service, sales, and operations.
• Develop action plans with the team to meet branch goals.
• Protect the branch against loss while delivering high-quality client service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank procedures and workflows.
• Supervise branch activities in the absence of management.
• Cross-sell lending and other banking products to clients.
• Process cash transactions and support other customer service duties.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
