Responsibilities include handling transactions, opening accounts, and cross-selling products to meet client goals. The role requires a high school diploma and strong balancing skills, with potential reassignment within a 30-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ months cashiering or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of math and banking products.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures, maintaining a balanced record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by offering services such as new accounts, ATM cards, transfers, checks, and payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote bank products based on client needs.
• May be reassigned to another branch within ~30 miles with notice.
