• Proficient in cashiering, balancing, debits, credits and banking products.
• Good math skills and ability to cross-sell bank products.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies and maintain balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, issuing checks, ATM cards, transfers, and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
