Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' cash handling experience (required).

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and resolve routine and complex servicing issues in-branch.
• Coach and supervise tellers to ensure accurate cash handling and customer experience.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and smoothly transition clients to a Banker.
• Assist Branch Manager with teller scheduling and branch compliance tasks.
