Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of cash handling experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Notary License preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead teller operations and coach tellers to improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness discussions.
• Manage teller line scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security and internal audits.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and meet sales targets.
