Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Assumes responsibility for the teller functions and coaches other tellers.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Transitions clients to a Banker for financial wellness discussions.
• Supports onboarding and training of new Tellers; maintains branch operations.
