The position is full-time, in-office, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The role includes leadership responsibilities, audits support, and potential for acting Branch Manager in absence.

Formación

• Five or more years of experience in a teller position.
• At least three years in a supervisory teller role.
• Associate degree or equivalent coursework required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises teller line operations, scheduling and daily setup.
• Mentors, coaches, and trains teller staff, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Performs teller transactions, maintains cash drawer, balances cash recyclers.
