Qualifications

• Five or more years of teller experience.
• At least three years in a supervisory teller role.
• Associate degree or equivalent coursework required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports teller line operations in a moderate to high-volume environment.
• Mentors, coaches, and trains teller staff, including onboarding and performance reviews.
• Performs teller transactions and overrides, maintains a cash drawer, balances cash recyclers.
• Oversees ATM balancing, branch cash inventory, and recycler procedures; schedules maintenance.
• Coordinates and facilitates training on procedural updates, core system changes, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Acts as acting Branch Manager in absence and participates in retail operational projects.
