Job summary

Greylock Federal Credit Union in Great Barrington, MA, seeks a Universal Member Manager to lead daily branch operations, mentor staff, and handle advanced account, lending, and service responsibilities. In-office role with a 8:15am–5:15pm schedule and rotating Saturdays.

The position requires at least 5 years in financial services, a high school diploma, and strong leadership. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires with onboarding milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a credit union or financial services environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, core banking systems, and loan origination platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, coaching, coverage planning, and performance consistency; oversee branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Open accounts, resolve fiduciary accounts, wires, fraud/dispute cases, and ensure documentation quality and timely follow-through.
• Maintain cash drawer, vault procedures, and cash handling; supervise teller line and cash operations.
• Maintain lending authority; originate, review disclosures, and coordinate pipeline and quality control.
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and audit readiness; provide expert guidance and issue resolution.
• Represent Greylock in community and professional forums to grow brand visibility.
