Job summary

Greylock Federal Credit Union in Great Barrington, MA, is seeking a Universal Member Manager. This in-office role leads daily branch operations, mentors staff, and handles advanced account, lending, and service tasks.

In branches without a Teller Manager, you’ll supervise teller functions and ensure policy compliance. The role requires 5+ years in banking/credit unions with customer service, lending, and supervisory experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a credit union or financial services environment.
• Experience supervising staff and mentoring frontline team.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and coaching within the branch; cover in manager's absence.
• Open accounts, resolve complex member accounts, wires, and fraud cases.
• Maintain cash drawer operations, vault procedures, and teller line coverage.
