Job summary

Greylock Federal Credit Union in North Adams, MA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive member service excellence.

You will oversee staff development, business development, loan origination, and compliance, with a focus on community engagement and high service levels.

This full-time in-office role offers a $60k-$78k salary, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and benefits; schedule Mon-Fri 8a-5:30p, with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in branch operations, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and oversight of the teller line and member services; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Promote business development and community engagement by educating members about Credit Union products and services; track and exceed goals.
• Originate, underwrite, and process consumer and home equity loans; guide product options and ensure accurate documentation.
