FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Head Teller to lead the teller unit, collaborate with the supervisory team, and ensure accurate, efficient processing of financial transactions in alignment with corporate goals.

You will develop tellers, enhance member experiences, and manage branch operations while upholding compliance. Monday to Saturday availability is required, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven financial services organization.

Qualificações

• College Degree preferred, some college or related work experience required.
• 1+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the teller unit, monitoring cash levels, daily proof, and risk assessment.
• Ensure tellers process financial transactions accurately using FourLeaf systems in line with policies.
• Guide tellers to make sound decisions respecting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with members to identify needs and cross-sell products and services.
• Contribute to onboarding and development of staff, coaching and performance conversations.
• Maintain branch controls, self-audits, reconciliations, and compliance with banking regulations.
