Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and identify needs for products and services.
• Refer members to platform or partners when opportunities arise.
• Maintain teller line and drive-up traffic to minimize wait times.
• Support branch with opening/closing, reports, audits and dual control.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk guidelines.
