Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years related work experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Trustworthy and confidential behavior essential for this role.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Daily flexible and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to attend internal education and meetings; may fill in at other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in the branch teller area and manage day-to-day teller operations, including scheduling and referral goals.
• Coordinate audit preparation and ensure branch staff follow procedures; educate on policy updates.
• Assist Branch Manager in achieving branch goals and maintaining branch standards.
• Coach tellers for skill development and performance improvement; monitor performance and report to management.
• Accept deposits, verify amounts, and process teller transactions; resolve service issues per policy.
• Open deposit accounts and refer customers to appropriate partners; maintain trust and confidentiality.
• Conduct sales calls to meet referral goals; maintain product knowledge across services.
