Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Head Teller in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, to drive a best-in-class branch experience. The Head Teller will oversee teller operations, manage customer engagement, and lead the team in providing exceptional service while ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cash handling experience and 1 year of leadership experience, with strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling experience, one of which must be successful teller experience.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leadership, sales management, and coaching.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coach the teller customer engagement process.
• Process customer transactions effectively and efficiently.
• Mentor and onboard all new Tellers.
• Supervise all Tellers and provide override approval on transactions.
• Contribute to employee performance assessments.
