Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years cash handling experience, with teller exposure.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; sales awareness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Teller and Senior Teller responsibilities.
• Oversee daily operations, balancing, and transaction accuracy.
• Mentor new Tellers; participate in interviewing and training.
• Refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners when suitable.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk, and procedures.
• Lead branch meetings on sales, service, and operations.
• Support performance reviews and coaching for improvement.
