Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated client relationship skills.
• 3+ years of cash handling experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent client experience and coach tellers.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to bankers for financial wellness conversations.
• Oversee teller line operations, scheduling, and coaching.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial tools.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Ensure compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance cash drawers.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
