You will lead complex diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, while staying actively engaged in billable work and promoting best practices within the service team.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical experience across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with hands-on expertise.
• Demonstrated technical leadership without direct supervisory duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to repair quality and safety.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and service systems.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-shop expert for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs.
• Mentor technicians and provide technical guidance to grow skills.
• Promote quality and safety by ensuring proper procedures and documentation.
