Qualifications

• Advanced technical experience across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems.
• Demonstrated technical leadership without direct supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader: primary inshop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Stay hands on: perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs, while remaining billable.
• Support and mentor technicians with guidance and informal mentorship to develop skills and repair consistency.
• Promote quality and safety by reinforcing proper diagnostics, repair procedures, documentation and safety standards.
