Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Technician II to lead on-site flushing projects for Fortune 100 clients, providing technical execution and crew mentorship. You will balance systems per plans, coordinate safety and logistics, and ensure high-quality reporting to clients.

The role requires OSHA 30, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in flush equipment capabilities and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor crew members.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and management.
• OSHA 30 certified and committed to safety.
• Must be at least 21 with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass comprehensive drug tests and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on-site per PurgeRite SOPs and act as primary site lead when needed.
• Coordinate crew activities and train junior technicians to grow technical abilities.
• Communicate and troubleshoot with customers and management; resolve site challenges independently.
• Read and implement flush plans; balance flow and pressure to meet project requirements.
• Oversee pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and site safety.
• Maintain and write high-quality flush reports for clients.
