The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, OSHA 30 certification, and a clean driving record. You will participate in training, support senior technicians, and help scale operations for Fortune 100 clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with flush equipment and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead by example and train crew.
• OSHA 30 Certified and committed to safe work environment.
• Must be at least 21 with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass comprehensive drug tests and background checks.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Leadership: implement jobs per SOPs and lead on-site in absence of Senior Technician.
• Crew Coordination: guide training and growth of junior technicians.
• Communication & Troubleshooting: maintain professional client communication and resolve issues.
• Flush Plan Implementation: read plans and assist in balancing systems to meet requirements.
• Safety & Logistics: enforce safety protocols and maintain tools/vehicles.
