Qualifications

• Solid foundation in flush equipment capabilities, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership ability and teamwork across diverse crews and customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication for reporting and client interaction.
• OSHA 30 Certification and a commitment to a safe work environment.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass comprehensive drug tests and background checks.
• Able to lift/move up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of flushing projects and ensure safety compliance.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance technical capabilities.
• Read and implement flush plans and balance systems to meet project requirements.
• Maintain pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and trip logs.
• Communicate with customers and management to resolve issues onsite.
• Document project activities and contribute to high-quality flush reports.
