Job summary

PurgeRite is seeking a mid-level Technician II to lead on-site flushing projects from start to finish. You will mentor crew members, execute procedures, and ensure operations meet client standards while adhering to safety protocols.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, operational efficiency, and responsibility for project success, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for Fortune 100 clients and nationwide partners.

Qualifications

Technical knowledge of flush equipment and mechanical systems.
Strong history of working with mechanical systems and problem-solving.
Ability to lead by example and work harmoniously with diverse teams and customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
OSHA 30 Certification and commitment to a safe work environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background checks and drug tests are required.
Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Execute projects per PurgeRite SOPs; serve as primary site lead in absence of Senior Technician.
Coordinate crew activities and training of newer technicians.
Communicate with customers and management; troubleshoot issues independently.
Read flush plans and assist in balancing systems to meet project requirements.
Oversee pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and trip logs.
Write high-quality flush reports for clients.
Contribute to design of new equipment and process improvements.
Enforce safety protocols and manage vehicle and tool maintenance.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality and protect client confidence.
