Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certified and committed to a safe work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass comprehensive drug tests and background checks.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement jobs in their entirety per PurgeRite SOPs; serve as the primary site lead in the absence of a Senior Technician.
• Help coordinate the activities and training of the crew; provide guidance to newer technicians.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and management; identify and resolve technical issues or site challenges independently.
• Read and comprehend engineering flush plans; balance systems (flow and pressure) to meet project requirements.
• Oversee pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and trip logs; conduct pre-job site surveys to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and assist in writing flush reports for clients.
• Contribute to design of new equipment and provide input to improve procedures.
• Enforce PurgeRite safety protocols; drive company vehicles defensively and ensure tools/vehicles are maintained.
• Protect client confidence, maintain a positive attitude, and ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
