Job summary

Leidos’ Defense Sensors Open Air Sensors Division seeks a Technical Project Manager to guide complex sensor and radar programs. You will lead software-intensive projects, coordinate with government customers, and drive technical execution, schedule, and cost performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers mentorship during a two-year knowledge transfer and opportunities for advancement into senior technical or program management positions. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Strong experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software development, testing, and delivery processes.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple technical projects and Task Orders.
• Partner with government customers and internal leadership to define requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and WBS.
• Lead cross-functional teams across software, cybersecurity, IT, and contracts.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver regular reviews to customers and leadership.
