Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field with 4–8 years of experience.
• Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams to deliver software-intensive solutions.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, and software development processes.
• Experience with testing, including automated testing, and CI/CD approaches (DevSecOps).
• Knowledge of Linux environments, scripting, and basic networking.
• Ability to work with containerized software and environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel to customer sites as needed.
• Willingness to reside in Huntsville, AL area; on-site requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple technical projects and task orders within a defense portfolio.
• Collaborate with government customers and internal leadership to prioritize requirements and plan development.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and WBS to align resources with objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, cybersecurity, IT, test, and contracts.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Present technical, schedule, and program reviews to customers and management.
• Manage software development lifecycle, Agile planning, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical priorities for delivery.
