• Coordinate with government customers and internal leadership to prioritize requirements.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and Work Breakdown Structures, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams across software, systems, cybersecurity, IT, and testing.
• Deliver technical, schedule, and programmatic reviews to leadership and customers.
