Job summary

Leidos Defense Open Air Sensors Division seeks an Electronic Warfare Test/Integration Engineer to join a diverse team and advance sensor/radar projects across the DoD ecosystem. The role offers growth into senior technical or project management tracks with hands-on hardware involvement.

Candidates should have a BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 2–4 years of experience or a Master’s with less than 2 years. Onsite work and security clearances apply.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering or related technical field degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or Master’s with <2 years experience.
• Experience with Matlab, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Linux familiarity including Bash scripting.
• Ability to create test plans, procedures, reports, and document results.
• Experience with RF/EW testing at official events or lab environments.
• Understanding of basic radar principles and RF/EW testing approaches.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Software installation, integration, and testing of RF/EW sensors and systems.
• Deployment and operation of RF/EW sensors in CONUS.
• Authoring formal test plans, procedures, and documenting results.
• Performing tasks related to signal processing, system performance metrics, sensor simulation, or utility tools.
