Job summary

Leidos Defense Open Sensors Division seeks a Radar Signal Processing Engineer to solve complex sensor and radar problems. The engineer will contribute to DSP algorithm research, radar/RF modeling, and field testing of sensor systems.

Responsibilities include tool development, integration, and deployment of advanced sensors, with opportunities for growth into senior technical and project/people management roles.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2–4 years (BS) or higher (MS).
Strong fundamentals in signals, systems, DSP, tracking, electromagnetics.
Experience applying these skills to radar modeling, antenna theory, digital signal processing, tracking, and field testing.

Responsibilities

Research and development of advanced DSP algorithms.
High-fidelity radar and RF modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Related tool feature development and maintenance.
Integration and field testing of RF sensors and systems.
CONUS/OCONUS deployment of advanced sensor systems.
